Working days

We work for 6 days a week currently. We are focusing to build a strong foundation as we have just started. We will soon be shifting to 5 working days, maybe starting from mid-2026.

Holidays

We setup a list of holidays for each year called the Holiday List.

Leaves

We offer 30 leaves (23 casual and 7 sick) during a leave period. These are adjusted as per the joining day of an employee. The leave period is usually a year, not the financial one. It starts on 1st January and ends on 31st December. You can check your leave balances in Employee Leave Balance report or while creating a new Leave Application. The leaves are neither encashable nor carried forward to the next leave period, so plan your leaves accordingly! 😁
