Company Stand-ups

We have two company stand-ups every week - mainly to stay in sync, know what everyone’s working on, and discuss blockers if anyone’s facing any.

• Mondays at 12 PM
• Fridays at 12 PM

All Hands

A weekly meeting with everyone where we mainly discuss Quality and any agenda(s) anyone wants to bring up.

• Wednesdays at 3 PM

Open Day

A monthly meeting with all full-time team members where we show something cool that we’ve built or learnt over the past month.

• First Wednesday of every month at 10:30 AM
• We skip All Hands that day since we do a quick round of it during Open Day
• Team lunch in Office 😋

Support Circle

A weekly meeting to check the quality of last week's Frappe Framework tickets that have been handled by the team. Either the ticket handlers cross-check each others random 2-3 tickets or Hussain does a round of review.

Hussain also investigates any ticket which might be a blocker for the team.
