If an employee wants to purchase a new laptop, we'd happily support with the reimbursement (not in full, but to a good extent 😉). We recommend you go for a Mac, but the decision is entirely up to you.
The policies defined are below:
If an employee requires a workstation from the Company, we'd provide you with a decent laptop.
If the employee is in his first year of employment with us, we'd reimburse upto Rs. 25,000 and pay this as an Additional Salary for the next 6 months.
If the employee has completed an year in service with us, we'd reimburse upto Rs. 50,000 and pay it over the next 6 months.
